The Arena Club is a comprehensive fitness center offering the latest equipment, instruction and education (facilities). Whether you are a beginning exerciser or an elite athlete, you will find the opportunities needed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. The Arena Club offers a wide selection of fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor swimming poos, an indoor sports arena, qualified personal trainers, and group fitness classes for all elvels. As a member of the Arena Club, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the finest and most knowledgeable staff whose goal it is to inspire and encourage members and to answer any questions they might have.
Our Facility
Our fitness center includes:
- State of the art 12,000 sq.ft. fitness center featuring a variety of elliptical trainers, treadmills, bikes and stair masters
- An extensive free-weight center, strength training circuits and specialty weight machines
- A complimentary new member fitness orientation and a Virtual Fitness Planner for each new member
- Over 60 group fitness and aquatics classes offered every week designed to meet the needs of beginning, intermediate and advanced exercisers
- Cutting edge programming including BodyPump, BodyJam, BodyCombat, Cycling, BOSU, Step, Classic Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics and more!
Personal Training
- Our Arena Club Personal Training Team is a highly motivated, dedicated staff of certified personal trainers who design and deliver programs specifically built for individual client needs.
- We offer special one-on-one training, small group training and/or packages tailored to surpass all of your expectations.
- The sports performance training programs bring together the most experienced coaching staff in Harford County. Any player can improve with the right approach. We guarantee results! COMING SOON-THE ARENA CLUB SPEED AND CONDITIONING ACADEMY!
- We are the first and 1-of2 health clubs in Maryland to offer the revoluntionary new system of resistance training known as Kinesis.
Aquatics Complex
- Our aquatics complex is offered year round!
