
Aqua Aerobic Classes
Aqua Blast (45 minutes)
This deep-water class will get you moving with intervals of power and speed followed by periods of active recovery. The impact is low but the intensity high.
Aquarobics (45 minutes)
Experience classic land patterns in the water. All fitness levels will enjoy this shallow water workout.
Deep Water Athletes (45 Minutes)
An INTENSE deep water class that uses sport specific drills. Core strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, speed and agility drills push participants to the EXTREME.
Martial Waters (45 Minutes)
Class is a unique blend of kickboxing and martial arts structured for a fluid workout. Expect a high intensity, power-packed circuit that fosters strength and grace.
Use Your Noodle (45 minutes)
Noodle work adds variety to any aquatics experience. It elevates your heart rate, tests your balance and improves muscle tone. This class is great for all fitness levels. Class is held in our main pool.
Walking Waters /Tone (45 minutes)
Whether you are a beginning exerciser, rehabbing or just desire a gentler approach to fitness, the mild activities this class offers are for you. Better balance, improved posture and maintaining a full range of motion are all focuses of this class. This class is held in our warm therapy pool.
Aqua Combo
Aqua Combo is an invigoratin cardiovascular fitness class, open to all fitness levels. Participants will use buoys, noodles and/or steps in all depths of water.
Aqua STEP (45 minutes)
If you enjoy STEP on land, why not try it in the pool? Basic choreographed patterns in teh water make this a workout enjoyed by all fitness levels.
Aqua X-treme (45 minutes)
Water training at it's best! Are you up to the challenge? High intensity drills will be followed by short recoveries.
Shallow Circuits (45 minutes)
Sport specific drills in the shallow end will challenge your fitness level. This class is designed for individuals desiring a high intensity workout in an aquatic environment.
