Fit Kids has been designed with the objective of instilling awareness in the formative years of the importance of sound nutrition and exercise. With his extensive curriculum development experience, Master Trainer Philip Nohe has designed a well rounded program that helps to provide the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
