The Arena Club offers 74 fitness classes per week designed to improve the health and fitness of every member. Cross Training is easily accomplished with BODYPUMP, BODYJAM, BODYVIVE, Zumba, Cycling, BOSU, Athletic Training, Classic Aerobics, Step and a full Aqua Aerobics schedule including aqua therapy classes. Our enthusiastic and devoted instructors make every effort in providing you the highest quality instruction and programming.
