TRX: TRX is more than just the most versatile piece of exercise equipment available; it is a complete training system. Our professional instructors will help guide you through the field circuit or the cardio blast class to give you the best workout. As your body adapts the TRX system allows you to advance your workout in order to never hit a plateau.

FastTraxx:Mike Gullion
Fastraxx is a results driven program that focuses on educating and motivating clients through group instruction and personalized fitness programming. Our weekly lecture series covers a range of topics that help participants develop a holistic approach to weight loss, fitness and healthy living. Participants have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer in 3 group sessions each week while supplementing those workouts with their own personalized program.
Monday –Thursday 11-12noon class & Monday – Thursday 7-8pm class. Thursday night is the Nutritional night with Alicia.

Body Conversion Body Conversion is a 6 week non-member program that meets 2x per week with a trainer in a small group. Participants gain access ot the club 2 days a week to train plus get a 3rd day per week to use the club doing anything they want. On average they lose between 10-12 inches in 6 weeks. We incorporate resistance, flexibility and cardio training, with nutritional support.
Bootcamp:Theron Taylor
We have the fitness solution for you. Join Personal Trainer Theron Taylor for an early bird boot camp that will start your day out in the right way. Sign up today! Boot camp runs monthly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:45 a.m Members $99 ($139 non-member)
Tween License to Train:Susan Phipps
This class is designed to teach the 10-12 year old how to use the fitness floor safely and effectively. The class consists of three sessions taught by a personal trainer with a written test on the last day. Upon completion of the class, participants may use the cardio, life circuit, and the ab/ core area under supervision of a parent.
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 (Fridays of session Dates)
Class is three one hour sessions
Ifit: Jasone Justice & Alecia Palmere
Kids ages 8-13 wil learn how to live active & healthy lifestyles with a personal trainer and team nutritionist.
