Transform your life in our Hot Yoga Studio. Whether you are looking to lose weight, increase your strength and stamina, hoping to sharpen your mental edge or are seeking to go deeper within, Hot Yoga can take you there. For 90 minutes, Hot Yoga or "Fire Yoga" participants are guided through a series of poses in a room heated to 96 degrees with a relative humidity of 40%. This vigorous yoga session promotes profuse sweating which rids the body of toxins. It also makes the body very warm, therefore more flexible. Beginners and advanced Yogi are welcome.

Pilates
Pilates is an exercise system where resistance is provided by the exerciser's body weight to emphasize the balanced development of core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
The program focuses on core postural muscles that are essential to supporting the spine and keeping the body balanced. Key elements of Pilates include focusing on core muscles, breath awareness, and the quality and control of your movements.
Pilates Mat classes are for all levels. The small class size allows the instructor the chance to correct and/or modify the students' poses and motions.
