Mambos and grapevines will have your heart pumping. It’s the cardio class with “attitude.”
Cardio Circuit (60 Minutes)
Give your entire body a challenge in this combination class that brings athletic moves together with strength training. Don’t forget your water bottle for this workout.
Cardio Step (45 Minutes)
Step from beginning to end! A super cardiovascular workout.

Classic Cardio Plus + (75 Minutes)
This floor aerobics class utilizes strong, controlled movements to pump up the heart rate and concludes with a resistance-training wegment for a full body workout.
Cycling Road Trip (45 Minutes)
This indoor cycling class takes you on the road, flats, hills and sprint drills will improve your overall fitness even in the “off season.”

MIND/BODY
Flexible Strength (60 Minutes)
This innovative class is a unique blend of Yoga and Pilates. Yoga postures and Pilates “principles” combine to give you the perfect workout to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, stability and coordination. If you love Yoga, you’ve got to try this class.
