Party Package Descriptions XERDANCE BIRTHDAY PARTIES!
The Arena Club is one of the first in the nation to launch XerDance! A fun and interactive group exercise opportunity for your birthday party. XerDance is a game where the player uses an interactive wireless dance pad to follow the steps scrolling on a large projection screen. The game pad gives feedback to the player telling him/her calories burned, skill ratings and dance ability. The game has 3 levels of difficulty, making it available to kids of all skill levels and athletic ability. Come join the fun and check out our new XerDance studio for your next celebration! You will enjoy 2 hours in our private dance studio. You will select your own songs and each guest will have their own individual dance pad to follow along with the XerDance song selection and video display. This package accommodates a maximum of 17 guests. Pool Parties
2 or 3 Hour Pool Party: Enjoy the privacy of our covered party area to celebrate your special day! Non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by a parent while at the pool. We ask that you have your guests arrive 15 minutes early before your party in order to take a swim test. To ensure the safety of all our guests, we will require every child age 12 and under to take a swim test with your permission. In order to have open access to our water park, your child must be able to swim the length of the lap pool, tread water for one minute, and be able to float on their back. Once your guest passes the swim test they will be marked and allowed open access to the pool. If your guest does not pass the swim test, they will be restricted to certain areas of the pool. If your party is scheduled outside and it rains, the party will go on as long as there is no thunder or lightning and it is safe to swim. If indoor space is available, you may move your party indoors. You also have the option to reschedule as long as you give us 24 hours notice (once cancelled you must reschedule for a later date) Sport & Splash Combo Party: Enjoy your choice of a full hour of soccer, flag football, dodge ball, kickball, or junior games on our indoor field, your choice of free swim or organized pool games for one hour, and 45 minutes at the designated pool party area.
