
The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning is a structured system of training that integrates both the body and mind in order to create a balanced, efficient, and effective workout. Pilates matwork provides the foundation for learning the basic elements of the discipline, which focuses on strength, stretch, and control and on the details of every movement, limiting the number of repetitions to concentrate instead on perfection.
Private Session, Semi-Private and Group Classes are available. Our Group classes allow individualized attention in a group setting.
