With Kinesis it is possible to perform exercises that involve a specific group of muscles, at variable levels of difficulty, to train strength only or to promote flexibility and balance as well.
Furthermore, Kinesis allows the completion of movements that involve several groups of muscles on different planes, thus integrating strength, flexibility and balance training. Routines are the combinations of exercises and movements in one fluid performance.
