BS, CPT, BS Salisbury University, 3 year starting Linebacker, Played under Mike McGlinchey - National Championship 1986, High School Coach since 1989, Former Head Coach John Carroll, Current Defensive Coordinator at St. Pauls, Certified under Chip Smith CES-MOHR, Kettlebell Certification.

Specialty:
Sport Specific Training, Developing Speed & Power for athletes of all levels, Resistance, Overspeed, Movement and Reaction Training for maximum results, Motivating to a level you never knew you could get to and mentally preparing the athlete for battle.

Philosophy:
Believe you have to train the way you play. You must hit failure off the field to avoid it on the field. You can be faster, stronger, bigger if you are willing to pay the price. "Discipline" is the way to being successful at anything in life!

Education & Certifications:
BS,CPT,CSCS, Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education from Frostburg State University. Minor in Athletic Training and Nutrition. Post Graduate studied at McDaniel College, Masters in Education. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioninig Association,. Former High School Varisity Boy's Soccer and Lacrosse Coach for ten years.

Specialty:
High Intensity Training for all athletes, Training and Conditioning, Sport Specific Training for Soccer and Lacrosse.

Philosophy:

Designing a program that helps you achieve your goals specifically in the areas of sports performance training, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, weight loss, and overall general fitness. Can work with individuals as well as groups.

Philosophy:
My philosophy has been shaped by countless hours of training—as both a Division I football player and strength coach. All the times when I didn’t think I could do another rep have taught me that although what we face may seem difficult or even impossible, WE ARE ALWAYS STRONGER THAN WE THINK. As your personal trainer or sports performance coach, I will help you find that inner strength.
