You’ll be assigned your own personal trainer who will guide you and meet you each week of the challenge for personal assessment, planning, and training sessions. You’ll also be a part of a team of other challengers and enjoy small group training sessions where you can earn prizes for your efforts! This program includes everything you need for success.
