Cancellation Inquiry


At The Arena Club, we truly value our members and want your experience with us to be both positive and rewarding. We understand that life can get hectic, and there may be times you consider canceling your membership. Before making that decision, we’re here to help you explore all your options — including ways to stay connected or reignite your commitment to health and fitness.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for membership cancellation, your account must be in good standing — meaning all dues are current and your initial 26 bi-weekly commitment has been fulfilled. Additionally, we require a 30-day notice prior to your next billing date.

In cases of extraneous circumstances, such as a move or medical reason, a membership representative will review available options with you.

Cancel Your Membership:
To initiate the cancellation process, please complete the form on this page. Submitting this form is the first step in the cancellation process, but does not finalize your membership cancellation. A membership representative will follow up with a phone call to review your options, confirm the original terms of your agreement, and help ensure everything is processed correctly. 

Freeze Your Membership:
A Leave of Absence is granted at no charge for medical reasons with physician documentation or military leave with documentation.  All other reasons are subject to a $7.50 bi-weekly freeze fee.  A Leave of Absence may be requested with a 30-day notice.
