Step 1: Assessment (Complimentary)

The athlete will meet one of our highly-trained and certified sports performance coaches for a sports performance assessment. The standardized assessment consists of 8 drills and physical tests that allow us to determine the athlete's group-readiness for our programs. This assessment is the foundation for the future success of every athlete.

Step 2: Athlete Plan

After the on-field assessment we will meet with the athlete and parent(s)/guardian. The goal of this meeting is to gauge athlete’s interest, discuss how we will guide the athlete to increased performance on the field, and discuss the goals that the athlete would like to achieve in our programs. The athlete will then be placed in a program that will be the optimal environment that is best for their athletic development.

Step 3: Sports Performance Training

Under the direct supervision of our sports performance team, the athlete will work in group training sessions at The Arena Sports Factory training facility in our Fundamentals, JV, or Varsity programs.
