The Arena Club is seeking a Certified LesMills GRIT Coach to join our team. Candidate must have an active certification, minimum of 6 months experience teaching the LMG program and also have evening and weekend availability.
The Arena Club (located in Bel Air Maryland) is currently seeking a Master Personal Trainer AND/OR a Certified Sports Performance Coach to join their team of professionals. The Arena Club is a full Health and Wellness and Sports Performance Facility that offers member services such as Personal Training, Sport Conditioning, Small Group Training, Group Exercise, Medical/ Physician’s Referred Exercise Programming, Programs for Cancer Patients and other Special Populous Exercise Programming, Bariatric Weight Loss, Aquatics and many other Wellness services.
We seek candidates with a diverse knowledge of the industry with a minimum of six months industry experience. Must be proficient in safe and appropriate exercise prescription for all populations. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational skills and a positive motivating outlook. Must also be a team player with professional communication and discretion. Must be reliable and consistent. Demonstrate hard work and diligence. Must have open availability for mornings, evenings and weekend client service. Having a book of clientele is ideal. BS in Kinesiology is preferred. Current AED/CPR and First Aid certification required. Personal Trainers must possess a Personal Training certification from NSPA, NSCA, NASM or ACSM. Sports Performance Coaches must possess a nationally accredited Sports Performance certification.

Under the direction of the Aquatic Director or other assigned staff, the lifeguard (Grade II) will bear responsibility for the safety, cleanliness, and operation of the swimming pool during operation hours. The primary function of the lifeguard will be to safeguard the health and safety of The Arena Club members, class participants, and guests. Safeguards and regulates conduct of pool patrons. Enforces pool policies, rules, and regulations. Rescues patrons and performs appropriate follow-up procedures, including the proper use of equipment in the performance of first aid. Hours needed immediately are 5am - 10am or 10am - 4pm. Applications for summer positions are also being accepted.
A Membership Sales Representative will contribute and generate revenue to the club through honest and enthusiastic membership sales and services. You are required to participate in advertising and promotions in and outside the club. To create relationships with Members that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club. Create membership solutions for all interested parties: prospect and solicit individuals, corporates and others for membership involvement through direct marketing, leads creation and membership referrals.
