The Arena Club proudly holds 90+ weekly group fitness classes that are included in your membership.

Whether you are looking to build strength, lean and lengthen, increase flexibility, add cardio intensity, unwind with a mind/body class, dance the night away, or train like an athlete, you can find your fun with our group exercise team! Classes are offered in a variety of formats designed to improve the health and fitness of every member. With so many class options offered at convenient times, you can enjoy an entirely different workout every day.

Also included with your membership are unique classes found in smaller studios such as Barre, hot yoga, pilates, cycling, and Tabata classes.

Classes are mainly held in one of our four group exercise studios including two main studios, our hot yoga and mind/body studio, and our cycling studio. We also feature unique and fun workout experiences with aqua classes in our salt water therapy pool, yoga classes on our pool deck, and Tabata classes on our outdoor or indoor fields. For a truly exciting experience, we offer special fitness events on our brand new sport court, complete with a stage and state-of-the art sound, video, and lighting system.
