Our fitness programming is designed with your results in mind. We offer a variety of fitness and wellness services, from group fitness classes, personal training, and mind/body programs, to nutritional counseling, small group training and more!
Our fitness floor houses state-of-the-art cardio equipment, each with a personal viewing monitor and Wi-Fi access to make cardio sessions fly by! We also feature a weight floor complete with an Olympic platform, selectorized equipment, FreeMotion equipment, a banded circuit and a LifeFitness 360T, so that you have a variety of options for strength training.
For those who find motivation from working out with friends in a group setting, we offer 90+ group fitness classes per week that are included in your membership. Classes are offered in a variety of formats designed to improve the health and fitness of every member. From yoga, cycling, step, aqua, and Zumba classes to popular Les Mills programs, you are sure to find something that gets you moving and having fun.
If you prefer more individualized attention from a trainer, either one-on-one or in a small group, we offer personal training and small group specialty training programs. Our training and fitness staff is among the most diversely educated and professionally experienced in the region. We offer training services in very specialized areas from sports performance to injury recovery to event training and beyond!
