We also feature a weight floor complete with an Olympic platform, selectorized equipment, FreeMotion equipment, a banded circuit and a LifeFitness 360T, so that you have a variety of options for strength training.

For those who find motivation from working out with friends in a group setting, our Bel Air Fitness club offer 90+ group fitness classes per week that are included in your membership. Classes are offered in a variety of formats designed to improve the health and fitness of every member. From yoga, cycling, step, aqua, and Zumba classes to popular Les Mills programs, you are sure to find something that gets you moving and having fun.

If you prefer more individualized attention from a trainer, either one-on-one or in a small group, we offer personal training and small group specialty training programs. Our training and fitness staff at our Bel Air, MD fitness center are among the most diversely educated and professionally experienced in the region. We offer training services in very specialized areas from sports performance to injury recovery to event training and beyond!
