Under The Stars Summer Camp features fun activities such as trampoline jump, field games, gaga ball, swimming, crafts, on-site educational visitors, and more. Outdoor activities include basketball, playground, field games, and swimming in our aquatics complex, complete with waterslides. Kids can also cool off in the air conditioning with games and activities on our multi-sport court, indoor trampoline, or indoor turf field! No other camp in the area offers this combination of fun and physical activities...your kids will have a BLAST!

Activities

Trampoline: Campers of all ages will enjoy a huge 16-pad indoor trampoline with angled walls to jump, bounce, or play dodgeball in!
Gaga Ball: Gaga is a fast-paced, high-energy sport. A gentler version of dodgeball, the game is played with a soft foam ball and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees.
Fun & Games: Kids will enjoy a variety of group games and activities on our multi-sports court and indoor turf. They can play basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, or classic camp games on our cushioned sport court floor. Plus, they’ll get instructed game time with one of our staff on the indoor turf, making sure everyone stays active, engaged, and having fun!
Water Park: The Arena Club’s state-of-the-art year round aquatics complex is the perfect place for your child to splash! Our younger campers will enjoy cooling off in our beach pool and older campers love our recreational pool with two waterslides, a diving board, and aqua basketball.
Fun Fridays: At the end of every week, we will bring the fun to campers with FUN FRIDAYS! Fun Fridays will be a special day for campers with on-site activities like pool parties, carnivals, guest visitors, and more!

Big Dippers: Grade 1 1:8 Ratio
Martians: Grade 2 1:8 Ratio
Earthlings: Grade 3 1:8 Ratio
Rockets: Grade 4 1:10 Ratio
Milky Ways: Grade 5 1:10 Ratio
Comets: Grade 6 1:10 Ratio
Asteroids: Grade 7 1:10 Ratio
Meteorites: Grade 8 1:10 Ratio

Staff

We guarantee that our Under the Stars summer camp is like no other in the area. We are a Maryland State Licensed day camp that has top notch counselors caring for your child every day. Our entire team is fingerprinted, background checked, and First Aid and C.P.R. certified. All of our lead counselors have a teaching background, are majoring in childhood education, or have at least three years of instructional experience with children.

Lunch Options

Campers are required to pack a lunch each day. We also have snack time every day, so be sure to pack a snack in addition to their regular lunch. If your child will be attending extended care, please be sure to pack an afternoon snack and drink as well. Water will be provided throughout the entire day to ensure all campers are well hydrated.

Registration & Pricing

Early registration for Under The Stars summer camp begins January 5, 2026 for members and opens to non-members on January 19, 2026. Early bird pricing ends February 6, 2026. Confirmation packets, which include all the specific details about our program, will be posted online closer to the start date of camp. All camper paperwork must be returned to The Arena Club by June 1, 2026. Any new camper registered after June 1 must turn in required paperwork before the start of his or her camp week. Children will not be allowed to attend camp without completed paperwork. No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.
