Lifeguard Certification Course
At various times throughout the year, we offer a Lifeguard Certification course for anyone age 15 or older (must be age 15 by the last day of the course). This course teaches CPR/AED for the professional rescuer, first aid, professionalism, patron and facility surveillance, rescue techniques, emergency preparedness, and more.
A prerequisite skills evaluation will occur on the first day of the course. Please bring a swimsuit and towel for the skills evaluation and for every class.
Each participant is required to bring one of the following to the first class:
- Valid driver's license or identification card
- Birth certificate
All participants will receive a whistle, a lifeguard fanny pack, and a CPR mask.

December 21, 22, and 28: 9:30am-6:30pm

Pool Operations Certification Course
This course will certify someone to be a pool and spa operator. You will learn how to test pools, treat pools, the maintenance and mechanical aspect, as well as all the safety guidelines.

Summer Swim Team Prep
Summer Swim Team Prep is a course designed for swimmers of all ages and abilities who are looking to get back in shape for summer swimming, or looking to get some experience for swim team workouts/exercises prior to the season beginning. This course will cover all 4 competitive strokes as well as flip turns and starts.

Group Exercise Aquatic Classes
Exercising in the water helps build cardio endurance, strength, and flexibility in a relaxing environment that is less impactful on the joints. The Arena Club offers a variety of aqua classes that are part of our group fitness schedule and included in membership!
