Summer Camp Registration & Pricing

Pricing

Early registration for Under The Stars summer camp begins January 6, 2025 for members and opens to non-members on January 13, 2025. Early bird pricing ends February 7, 2025. Confirmation packets, which include all the specific details about our program, will be posted online closer to the start date of camp. All camper paperwork must be returned to The Arena Club by June 2, 2025. Any new camper registered after June 2 must turn in required paperwork before the start of his or her camp week. Children will not be allowed to attend camp without completed paperwork. No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.

Payment Option 1

Pay In Full

Payment can be made in full with a $25 registration fee (once per family) by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard (members may also use a house charge). No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.

Payment Option 2

Monthly Payment Plan

You must pay one week of camp (and one week of extended care, if applicable) in full and a $50 processing fee (once per family). The last payment will be collected July 1, 2025. Monthly payments may be established using Mastercard, Visa, checking account, or house account. All payment plans must be submitted by April 18, 2025. No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.

Kids have so many options to have fun and stay active at our Bel Air kids gym and club. We offer camps, childcare, kids classes, trampoline jump, year-round swimming, and family events that are all INCLUDED with membership!
