Early registration for Under The Stars summer camp begins February 15, 2021 for members and opens to non-members on February 22, 2021. Early bird pricing ends March 1, 2021. Confirmation packets, which include all the specific details about our program, will be posted online closer to the start date of camp. All camper paperwork must be returned to The Arena Club by June 4, 2021. Any new camper registered after June 5 must turn in required paperwork before the start of his or her camp week. Children will not be allowed to attend camp without completed paperwork. No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.

Payment can be made in full with a $25 registration fee (once per family) by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard (members may also use a house charge). No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.

Monthly Payment Plan
You must pay one week of camp (and one week of extended care, if applicable) in full and a $50 processing fee (once per family). The last payment will be collected July 1, 2021. Monthly payments may be established using Mastercard, Visa, checking account, or house account. All payment plans must be submitted by April 26, 2021. No refunds will be made for any partial, unused, unattended or canceled weeks.
